Client Complaint Handling

In accordance with AMF Instruction No. 2012-07, complaint handling is governed by the principles of transparency towards clients, free of charge, and impartiality. Complaints may be addressed to the Compliance and Internal Control Officer by mail or email:

Vivalto Partners will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten business days (unless a response can be provided within that period), and will respond to the client, by email or mail, within a maximum of two months from the date of receipt of the complaint, except in the case of duly justified special circumstances, which will be communicated to the client.

If the complaint is rejected or only partially upheld, the response will indicate the possible avenues for appeal, including the existence and contact details of the Médiateur de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF Ombudsman):

Conflict of Interest Policy

In accordance with Articles 30 to 36 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013 and Articles 318-12 to 318-14 of the AMF General Regulation, Vivalto Partners has implemented a conflict of interest policy outlining its approach to identifying, preventing, and managing potential conflicts of interest arising in the course of its business.

This policy is formalized in a set of rules and procedures shared with all employees, who are required to comply with them. A copy of the policy is available upon request.

Shareholder Engagement Policy

Vivalto Partners has developed a shareholder engagement policy covering all its assets, which reflects its commitment through voting at general meetings of the companies in which it holds a stake. A copy of this policy, as well as a report on its implementation, is available upon request.

Remuneration Policy

As a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), Vivalto Partners’ remuneration policy is governed by its internal control policy. This policy is designed to promote a sound and appropriate approach to risk-taking.
