Vivalto Partners, an investment management company specialising in the healthcare sector in Europe, has announced an investment in CBA Informatique Libérale (CBA) to support the company’s development alongside the Birling family, which will retain a majority stake. This new round of financing will enable CBA, which has been run since 2016 by Caroline Birling, to continue improving solutions for its customers and diversifying its offering.
